Job Description

• Compile relevant business documentation used in banking processes
• Perform month-end closing activities
• Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for management use
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience
• Or at least 4 years’ relevant experience if without Diploma/Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and must have used accounting software
• Meticulous, performance-oriented, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of double entry accounting

1. Managing accounts payable and receivable processes.
   Reconciling bank statements and preparing financial reports.
   Assisting in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
   Handling payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
   Liaising with external auditors and tax consultants as required.
   
2. Providing administrative support to the management team.
   Managing office supplies and equipment inventory.
   Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
   Assisting in scheduling meetings and appointments.
   Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
   
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
   Organizing and filing financial and administrative documents in both electronic and physical formats.
   Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
   
4. Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
   Collaborating with other departments to facilitate seamless operations.
   Communicating effectively with vendors, clients, and customers as needed.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (X years) in an administrative or accounting role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play

• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents for timely billing of assignments
• Liaise with sales on quotations and deployment information
• Liaise with Operations for supporting documents needed for billing
• Liaise with customers on verification of data and billing

What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You

• Diploma in Accountancy, Business Management or equivalent
• Preferably with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with ACCPAC and SAP would be an advantage
