• Coordinate, monitor and track all project submission of grant progress, claims, deliverables and other documents to ensure timely response and adherence to the service delivery
• Manage and monitor research grant utilisation and budget expenditures including but not limited to procurements, expenditures, billings
• Maintaining documentation record of all grant expenditure on field trips, business trips and equipment purchase
• Ensure funds are utilised in accordance with funding guidelines and grant conditions
• Assist in the preparation and writing of progress reports
• Assist CTP Cluster Lead and Project PI on grant virement and variation
• Quarterly preparation of budget expenditure report

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of working experience and strong finance background

Key Responsibilities:

1. In charge full sets Accounts, prepare Monthly Management Accounting report and assist in preparation annual budget.

8. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and tax filings.
9. Manage day-to-day E-commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Tiktok) administration and fulfillment with logistic team
10. Dispatch orders accurately to the logistics partner.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent professional certification.
• Min. 1year of relevant work experiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word),
• Experience in Autocount accounting system preferred
• Working knowledge & experience of various e-commerce platform/systems is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry.

This position reports to Finance Manager, handle full sets of accounts and audit schedules including GST filing and ensure invoices processing.

Responsibilities:

· Able to handle full set of accounts and audit schedules

· perform day-to-day operations in one or more of these accounting functions such as Jurnal, AR, AP, GL

· Prepare bank reconciliation and intercompany transactions

· Prepare GST reconciliation quarterly and submission of GST returns

· Liaise with auditors/tax agent on year-end audit and annual tax filing

· Monthly AR aging review meeting with business unit

· Timely update incoming receipts in system

· Ensure invoice processing and payment are accurate and within the timeline

· Liaise with vendors on monthly payment, claims report and reimbursement

· Any other duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or High school diploma or equivalent in Accountancy

· At least 3 years of relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct construction site WSH inspections.
• Provide advice, consultation and recommendation to implement and maintain safe working site condition, compliance to WSH and Environmental acts and regulations
• Attend the site safety audit conducted by Authority and Client’s representatives
• Attend Authority and Client’s representatives Meeting
• Conduct job hazard analysis to determine safe working practices and controls measures.
• Conduct safety briefing/In-house training
• Prepare and plan for documents for Company/ Authority audits

Requirements:

• Candidates must process at least Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in Construction/M&E industry.
• Registered WSHO and ECO preferred.
• Familiar with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 is an added advantage.
