1.At least a diploma in civil Engineering

2.At least 2 years of site experiance in similar projects

3.Attend Building construction supervisors safety course conducted by MOM approved trainer

4.Expected to liaise with clients,, consultants, relevant authorities ect

5.Able to promote and safeguard the positive image of the company

6.Able to follow up on ISO Procedure.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Check the accuracy of vendor invoices and match with PO and DO.
• Data entry for vendor invoices and ensure completeness of documentations.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Reconciliation of vendors’ SOA regularly to ensure no invoices are omitted.
• Check and verify staff claim and book into system before month-end closing.
• Any additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or its equivalent.
• 1 years of relevant working experience
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Candidates available immediately or within short notice preferred.
• Must be proactive, meticulous and able to work independently.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle full set of accounts

• Perform filing of documents ensuring that compliance to Good Documentation

Practices and documentation lead-time are maintained

• Manage payroll and monthly bills payable

• Preparation of Sales documents and invoices

• Generate quarterly reports & file GST return

• Liase with customers for prompt AR payment

• Maintain proper recording of inventory movement

• Able to perform general administrative work

• Carry out other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Professional Cert / Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or equivalent

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience

• Knowledge in MYOB software

• Must be well organised with initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision

• A team player with good interpersonal skills and is able to build rapport with colleagues
