• Key & issue invoices, submission via clients ERP portals
• Assist in keying and checking of AR & AP related entries
• Process payroll transactions
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports
• Monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare AR & AP statement reconciliation and follow up
• Assist in administration and management of company’s operations

Qualification & Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy / CAT / LCCI
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience
• Meticulous and well organized
• Good communication skills, able to independently as well as a team player
• Able to handle stress and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office especially MS Word and MS Excel.
• Familiar with Accounting Softwares, ERP supply chain, procurement service portals and systems will be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Work Orders
• To coordinate with operations for shipment
• Monitor import/export shipping matters
• Monitor vessels' ETA
• Communicate with customers

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Basic Computer skills, good typing speed
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
