Job Summary:As a Corporate Support Officer (CSO) at Fuchun Primary School, you will play a vital role in supporting the administrative function of the school. Your responsibilities will include providing frontline customer service, performing general administrative tasks, attending to pupils reporting at the First-Aid Room, and assisting teachers with ad-hoc preparation of resources. · Handle full set of Accounts for group of companies

· Manage day to day accounts, update daily bank transaction in accounting system

Responsibility

• Provide financial and administrative services, inluding full accounts payable function, intercompany reconciliation, journal entries to support the Finance & Accounting Team in AP and other reporting
• Provide efficient, timely and accurate payment to suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and perform review on Balance Sheet, P&L schedules and bank reconciliations
• Prepare GST, import duty, withholding tax and corporate income tax return
• Responsible and maintain fixed asset and inventory register
