• Perform ECO duty in construction site.
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure ECM / noise control are in place.

Job Description

• Day-to-day finance and accounting matters
• Monthly and yearly bank reconciliation
• Management reporting
• Generating statement of accounts and following up with clients
• Keying of receipts and generating payment vouchers
• Liaising with external stakeholders on accounting matters
• Accounting data entry matters
• Other accounting duties as assigned by director

Job Scope

· Responsible for month end closing, assist with budgeting and forecast activities.

· Manage and coordinate with tax agents and external accountant engaged to handle any part of the accounting work

· Prepare GST report and filing

· Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls

· Prepare and submit monthly reports as required

· Prepare AR Aging report and monitor collections

· Ensure payments to vendors or any other external parties are properly authorized and supported with adequate information

· Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Accounting or similar discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is fundamental
• Experience using AutoCount Accounting Software is an advantage

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Good command of English and Chinese languages (both written and spoken)

• Positive working attitude.

Able to manage deadlines

The Job:

• Day to day AP processing such as data entry, process suppliers’ payments and sales adjustments
• Reconcile supplier statement of accounts
• Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance to HGS’s policies and procedures in transactions processing
• Respond to suppliers’ queries
• Attend to ad hoc duties as and when required
• Back up AP team members as needed

The Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Accountancy with min 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
