Job Description:

• Execution of routine inspection at residential and common areas in the dormitory compound.
• Monitors the handling of work pass status for all residents and the preparation of monthly reports on the checking in and out of the dormitory unit for billing purposes.
• Reports activities of residents about drug abuse, theft, alcohol intoxication, violence, and peddling of contraband cigarettes.
• Reports violation of dormitory house rules and files incident reports to assist senior team members in workers’ repatriation.
• Ensure the movement of workers is in order.
• Training will be provided.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience preferably in dormitory operations, security, or facility management-related fields.
• Basic proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Highly Alert and Meticulous.
• Diligent and Honest.
• Staying near the Changi area will be an advantage.

About the Role

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

The main focuses of this position are as below:

• Establish an efficient and integrated process of custodian account opening, problem solving for new accounts, due diligence checking and ongoing account asset value monitoring/reporting
• Build and manage business partnering relationships and as well as onboarding of new custodian partners
• Responsible for account value updates, maintenances as well as account analytics to support internal analysis and reporting
• Lead all the requests and issues in relation to custodian account opening and maintenance including but not limited to asset transfer, deduction of charges, buying/selling/replacing assets, top-ups, withdraws, change of particulars
• Liaise with Asset Managers (appointed by Customer), where applicable, on signing of LPOA and all transaction requests triggered by AIA or client
• Manage the end-to-end process, and responsible for the overall efficiency of the custodian account opening, managing, updating, and reporting processes

Other focus areas include assisting with

• accounting issues and vital reporting
• regular reviews and internal/external audits
• regulatory and internal reporting

• At least 5 years of relevant experiences in financial industry

Purpose:

In charge of Accounts Receivables for SG commercial entity.

Responsibilities:

1.Guarantee the Sales record integrity for FIT/TA/MICE

• To generate daily Accounts Receivables reports
• To perform daily sales reconciliation
• To match credit card approval code from sales system (NA) to credit card receipts from different receipt platforms (eg. Global Payment/ Red Dot/ Amex)
• To match daily credit card receipts to daily bank transactions
• To follow up with call center for wrong receipts applied
• To check the relevant receipt platform for more information if not available in the credit card statements
• To update AR receipt journals and to post to Oracle GL
• To perform file transfer in NA upon Call Center’s request, ie. Transfer from old file to new file
• To download and check the discount reports with current promotions
• Check fake cancellation income & Cancellation Income Invoices
• To perform NA write off for small roundings

2. Management of the receivables

• Prepare weekly and monthly AR ageing reports for call center & follow up with the collections
• Prepare manual sales invoice for MICE bookings and emerging Travel Agents
• Prepare SOA for Top TAs
• Reconciliation for Mice deposit
• Refunds to TAs & GMs
• Prepare NA/GL Reconciliation
• Prepare Bad debt report

3. Any other adhoc duties
