Responsibilities

Generate debit or credit notes for sales from information provided by our sales CRM and policy documents

Checking for any potential errors between CRM and policy documents

Sending and following up on payment of invoices and debit notes with clients

Generating cover notes and receipts when required

Following up with refunds & endorsements with clients and insurers

Generating reports to referral partners and checking accounts from sales CRM

Generating reports to management from sales CRM

Coordinate with the finance department and insurers to reconcile outstanding account

Updating our share drive with clients' policy documents

Job Description:

The Assistant – Laundry is responsible for ensuring a constant supply of clean clothing and linen to residents in the home. Proper handling of clean/soiled/infected linen must be followed. The incumbent must adhere to safety precautions in the course of his/her work.

Collection and Handling

• Collect linen trolleys from the residences at least twice daily
• Wash residents’ clothing and linens such as draw sheets, bed sheets, pillow cases and patient care accessories (mittens, heel protector, etc.)

Job Description
•Handle phone calls from clients.
•Check emails and proceed orders
•Filing and general admin support such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning (ad-hoc)

Requirement:
• At least 1-year of relevant and recent working experience as an admin.
• IT savvy & well versed in Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Word & Excel
• Prior experience in using Quickbooks to issue DO will be an added advantage
• Attention to Detail
