Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain accurate daily, weekly & monthly inventory movement records and reporting.
• Update the inventory and spare parts database and inform relevant department on stock status whenever required.
• Assist in the reconciliation of any stock discrepancies.
• Assist to identify or resolve any issues within the inventory management and processes.
• Ensure company’s inventory documentation (stock out or stock return) are well in place/ follow up on any missing documentation.
