Liaising between the Supervisor and other employees.

Hiring and training new employees.

Assist walk-in customers in purchasing products

Promote products and optimize sales opportunities

Attend to customer orders and inquiries

Perform housekeeping duties to maintain the store’s cleanliness and image.

Establishing business knowledge and awareness of shared company goals.

Moitoring both individual and team job performance metrics.

Providing staff with technical guidance and assistance.

Relaying productivity concerns to the Supervisor.

Preparing job descriptions and work schedules.

Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required.· able to speak English and Mandarin to liaise with both English and Mandarin speaking colleagues & customers

Job Summary:

The service talent's main function is to promote the restaurant and ensure guest satisfaction through developing and maintaining a strong team environment with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and delivery of prompt and courteous service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service to guests
• Serving customers of food and beverage
• Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations
• Report for duty on time and neatly groomed
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Ensure that workstations are set up before the shift commences
• Have full knowledge of the menu to recommend specific items to guests.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of service experience is preferred

The Job:

• Monitor and manage samples for analysis
• Monitor software usage and communicate to ship to rectify non-compliance issues
• Monitoring of data required for analysis
• Prepare the dispatch circulars to vessels managed by the company
• Monitor and maintain the relevance of company publications

Requirements:

* Diploma in Marine Engineering

* Proficient in MS Office

* Working experience in a Ship Management Company will be an advantage

* Good analytical understanding would be an advantage

* Familiar with Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Health Management Systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

To provide day-to-day administrative support in the implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and ensure smooth office operations in The Winery.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts and etc aligned with local regulations, Company policies and procedures.
• Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff.
• Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
• Update and manage employee leave records.
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
• Manage the work pass applications (WP/SPass/EP) and status including monitor of the expiry dates.
• Prepare confirmation letters, and monitor contract expiry for renewals.
• Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior.
• Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment, and supplies, and provides administrative support for the maintenance of the telephone, communication, and computing system.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources.
• 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
• Good knowledge of Singapore labour and employment laws.
• Good computer skills in spreadsheets and word processing.
• Good organisation and interpersonal skills with ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English & Chinese
• Must take initiative to complete task assigned.
• Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to organizational needs.
• Pay Package will be commensurate with experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Ensure the daily service operations are properly executed and performed – in line to assist restaurant to achieve overall business performance goals. Eg, Daily sales settlement, opening & closing of restaurant
• Ensure high quality of food & service by focusing on the user journey.
• Assist in training for all new/current staff on service & beverages when required.
• Possess knowledge to operate POS System proficiently
• Cultivate & maintain relationships internally/externally with regular guests, suppliers & staff of the restaurant

REQUIREMENTS

• Good communications skills - possessing a high level of empathy with good listening skills.
• Must possess knowledge in wines or coffee latte art.
• Able to multi-task to lead a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Good understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene practices.
• Willingness to teach and share professional knowledge with the team.
