Project Management

• Assist in Planning & Execution - Collaborate with DOE to plan, implement, and overseeing engineering projects, including renovations, upgrades and new installations

This position works under the direct supervision of the Emerging Voices (EV) Specialist. The position has no supervisory responsibilities. The Accounts Payable Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Accounts Payable function in the College, to take charge in payment processing, credit card reconciliation and Accounts Payable administration

The main duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Accounts Payable (AP)
