The Assistant Manager of IT Support / Senior IT Executive will support the IT team in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel group’s IT systems. Key Responsibilities:

4. Infrastructure Maintenance:

• Ensure the integrity, security, and availability of IT systems through regular backups, patch management, and system monitoring.

5. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide first-level support for technical issues encountered by hotel properties, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and escalation when necessary.
• Work closely with hotel IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve system and hardware issues.

6. Vendor Management:

• Assist in managing relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure effective delivery of IT services and solutions.
• Assist in evaluating new technology solutions and recommend improvements to current systems where needed.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on system performance, incidents, and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT management or systems administration, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g., networks, servers, storage) and experience with hotel-specific systems like PMS and POS.

Main Responsibilities:

TOUR AND TRAVEL OPERATIONS:

· Assist in reservation and booking

· Monitor booking status and deadline

· Handling payment for online booking

· Create and update listing for group travel

· Prepare travel documents for departure

· Do filing for operations hard copies

· Assist to update changes in itinerary, flyer

· Back-up in customer service when needed

SUPPORT TO MD:

· Assist to type quotation using template

· Assist to issue new pro-forma invoice

· Assist in ad-hoc task when needed

Experience & Skills:

· Relevant work experience in Singapore’s licensed travel companies

· Fundamental outbound travel and customized travel knowledge

· Able to email & WeChat in Mandarin with China and Taiwan suppliers

· Advanced knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point

· Knowledge in GDS Amadeus and Athena system is most preferred

Office Working Hours:

Monday to Friday : from 9:45am to 6:45pm

Monthly Salary:

Entry Salary : commensurate with experience and knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up of examination venues in campus during exam period.
• Preparation of examination materials and running operational errands on daily basis.
• Ensure the examination venues are set-up in according to the various and specific requirements by instructors.
• Any examination duties as assigned by the exam centre managers.
• Strictly have to commit for all the days from 22 Nov (Fri) to 6 Dec (Fri) 2024 (excluding weekends)

• "O" and/or "A" Levels; Diploma

Candidates who do not possess the stipulated qualifications but have relevant work experience may still apply. Remuneration and appointment terms shall commensurate with qualifications and experience. SMU reserves the right to modify the appointment terms where necessary.

• Billing, checking patient's details, past invoices, appointment records, and checking payment records using Clinic Assist software
• Assist in appointments, operating theatre, ward, and other related bookings
• Assist in patient queries and divert calls to relevant parties
• Advise patients whether cashless payments can be extended for their visits
• Submission of claims through various insurance portals
• E-filing of patient details/chats with patients
• Prepare instruments and assist the surgeon independently for minor surgeries
• This role will require standing in as a chaperone for patients

• Relevant clinic experience prior would be preferred
• 5.5 days: Monday - Friday 9.30 am to 6.30 pm, Sat (half-day morning) 9.30 am to 1.30 pm

Requirements:
- Min: 2-3 years relevant experience
- Qualification: Min O'Level/A Level or equivalent
- Fluent in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in or call-in clients’ enquiries in proper manner and right attitude. Arrange appointments efficiently to minimize client’s waiting time.
- Register new client and brief clinical procedures when necessary. Solve client’s concern and problem with best effort.
- Collect client’s feedback and direct client complaints to correct channel. Provide general cleaning and troubleshooting of hearing aids.
- Prepare and monitor hearing aid/ear mould/accessories orders.
- Keep proper record and update hearing aid and accessories inventory, client database and financial data.
- Perform billing and payment collection and payment collection in timely manner.
- Assist in sales and promotional activities when required.
- Maintain clean, tidy and hygiene working environment.
- Professionally attired to work.
