RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketing and Corporate Communications
  • Assist with the development of print collaterals for marketing of SMUs Postgraduate Research (PGR) programmes and provide advisement to schools, coordinating a standardised look-and-feel of the programme-specific brochures.

A Day in the Life
• Perform Project Management
• Prepare BOQs, manage project budgets and ensure healthy profit margins
• Prepare tender submission and proposal
• Provide client servicing, including and not limited to sales conversion
• Liaise with clients and brief designers on project requirements
• Check design and technical drawings
• Deliver client presentations
• Brief and manage suppliers, negotiate and ensure the delivery of project
• Plan and manage project schedule
• Carry out site management
• Conduct quality inspections on fabrications at suppliers’ factory and on-site
• Liaise with clients on feedback and variation orders
• Handle project administration and documentation, including PE endorsements, authority approvals, purchase orders, payment requisitions and invoicing
• Prepare progress and project reports
• Follow up with clients for payment
• Conduct toolbox, progress and post-mortem meetings
• Manage dispute resolution with suppliers or team

Who We Are Looking For
• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering/M&E Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience preferably in construction or thematic & museum
• Good knowledge in every operational and technical aspects
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A team player and able to multi-task

• Able thrive in a fast paced environment

· Checking students in and out of lessons and therapy sessions

· Taking temperature during check in and before check out

· Step in as teachers assistants when needed (relief teaching assistant)

· Assist teachers and therapists where you are needed, including toileting and diapering for children

· Monitor office inventory levels and raise purchase request to Head of Operations if procurement is required.

· Assist Therapists in cleaning up and tidying materials after sessions or classes

· Daily maintenance of Therapy Centre e.g. simple wiping down of toys and racks, clearing bins

· Assist with answering enquiries

· Other jobs as assigned by Head of Operations / Clinical Director

· Work in a multi-disciplinary team of SPED Teachers and Therapists

· 8.30am – 1pm weekdays

Job Title: Assistant Manager (Maintenance & Facilities) (ID3390)
Location: Changi
Working Hours: 5days work , Mon-Fri 8:30am-6:00pm
Salary: Up to $5500

Job Description:
• Responsible for the planning and execution of routine/shutdown, preventive maintenance of the plant’s process instrumentation, control value, electrical power/distribution system equipment etc to achieve reliability target. Responsible for Energy saving initiatives
• Responsible for facilities management and supervising maintenance & facility team
• Supervise and ensure E & I works, installation and calibration activities are completed in accordance to the company’s guidelines and environmental, health and safety standards
• Ensure data collection and preparation of all reports for efficiency analysis and maintenance
• Maintain GMP & GDP for specification data sheets, drawings, spare parts, ISO and customer audits
• Provide leadership and guidance to overall management off the manufacturing site’s environment, health and safety compliance that are critical to well-being and protection of employees and contractors
• Responsible for the planning of maintenance & facilities budget
• Manage Site, Regional & Global Projects/Initiatives as assigned
• Any other duties as and when assigned by superior from time to time

Requirements:
• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Experience in maintenance and facilities management.
• Physical fit
• Detailed oriented and able to perform multi-tasking
• Excellent quality mindset
• Good team player

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing quality customer service; greeting and assisting parents in an informative and helpful way on enquiries.
• Learn and gain understanding of our student care programme and enrichment programme.
• Touch point for parents' enquiries (be it in person, on the phone, chat or by WhatsApp)
• Conduct daily health checks on the children upon arrival when necessary
• Ensure safety and timely transfer of students from school to centre
• Ensure safety of children within the premises
• Assist parents in the purchase of merchandise such as uniforms, caps, books.
• Prepare monthly forms and centre reports
• Prepare enrichment materials for trainers, parents and children
• Conduct stock-taking and restocking of supplies such as merchandise and stationery
• There will be admin/ad-hoc duties to be carried out (as assigned), and we will need someone who is pro-active and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure the centre runs smoothly.
• Ensure centre's cleanliness is maintained throughout the day

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management with minimum of 2 years of working experience in a preschool/after school care environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task
• Must be available to work on both Saturdays and Sundays (full days), and 3 weekdays
