• This role will be part of the HR department of YMCA of Singapore. This role will play a crucial part in managing the Outsource Payroll Project and other HR projects including HRIS administration. RESPONSIBILITIES

Payroll Outsource Project Management:

• Drive the execution for outsourcing of payroll function, ensuring good coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure the successful outsourcing of payroll operations.

Payroll Processing:

• Perform full spectrum of payroll operations and serve as a backup for payroll processing.
• Payroll administration, execution and reconciliation including tax clearance and relevant monthly statutory submissions and requirements, including government funding and claims matters.

Annual Performance Appraisal:

Salary Review:

• Support and participate in the annual salary review process, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports.

HRIS Administration:
