You will manage all the non-clinical tasks of the Dialysis Centres (DCs) that are assigned to you. You will resolve operational challenges at the DC, ensuring delivery of consistently high service standards to patients. Managing of Operational Related Matters

Events Management

• Coordinate with internal departments (DVM, CCO, ComCare and Allied Health) to ensure programmes and events planned for the DC is being carried out smoothly.

Asset and Equipment Management

• Responsible for the yearly asset verification exercise.
• Responsible for the dialysis chairs/medical fridge maintenance and repair.
• Work closely with BME to ensure that all medical equipment in the DC are fully functioning.

Others

• Implement foundation policies & initiatives at the DCs.
• Work closely with the Nursing Zone Lead, nurse manager, Infection Control team and other supporting departments to deliver high healthcare standards.
