Analyse key operations performance indicators to determine if operations are effective. Analyse trade portfolios to support issues or queries of buyers and sellers. Collaborate with sales and finance department to support payment processes for sellers. Conduct checks on documentation provided by logistics providers. Conduct checks on documentation required for trade transactions.
Conduct incident or crisis management plans to address issues with management of goods. Contribute in key activities and milestones in technology projects. Create and execute orders for trade transactions in line with organisational or regulatory requirements. Facilitate the use of technology, electronic tools and devices.
Implement organisational policies to reduce non-conformance of receipt, handling and storage of products. Implement organisational procedures for effective trade dispute resolutions. Investigate and escalate erroneous trade transactions for management resolutions. Perform organisational procedures to ensure that deployment and tracking of products meet requirements.
Plan continuous work improvement activities and performance improvement strategies. Provide assistance in ongoing reviewing of records and information to ensure that work processes are followed. Reconcile trade transactions processed with relevant trade documentations.
Monitor and ensure compliance of standard operation procedure, corporate standards and business requirements. Ensure maintenance request are fulfilled Maintain POSM inventory – keep tab on balance supply and re-orders.
Ensure staff grooming standard are meet by making sure uniforms, ties, name tags are provided to them. Ensure credit card terminal, phones, computers and equipment in stores are in working conditions. Support after sales service.
