• Maintaining manpower records, monitoring and handling work pass, payroll, training, insurance, reimbursement etc.
• Validate and updating of work progress, invoicing and expenses.
• 5 days work per week
• 3 to 6 months probation

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process

• Follow-up on contract renewal and expiry
• Handle employee relations matter
• Handle HR letters and correspondence
• Support HR activities and initiatives
• Provide support on office administrative matter
• Other general HR admin duties

Mon - Fri 8.30am to 6pm. Sat 8.30am to 2pm
