Key Responsibilities include:

• Assist in accounting operations of company and control systems and transaction-processing operations
• Preparation of accounts closing (monthly journals, management reporting, reconciliation)
• Processing of Accounts Payable and payment
• Issue timely and complete financial statements
• Assist the production of the annual budget and forecast
• Support and coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit
• Comply with local finance reporting requirements
• Preparation of GST and income tax filing
• Perform financial analysis and Regional Principal cost analysis
• Handle Principal cost control matters

Pre-requisites for the above position:

• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications
• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Familiar with FRS
• Strong analytical ability, good interpersonal and communication & writing skills
• Meticulous, self-driven and independent to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Believe in team-driven culture
• Good organizational skills with positive attitude
• Possess the abilities to look beyond numbers with attention to details
• Preferably with audit experience and/or proficient in technology

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the coordination of Sea Import shipments such as, opening import and export files using Sysfreight software, maintaining internal documentations, monitoring and updating statuses. Advising customers of shipments Arrival, arrange deliveries, process invoices (accurate currencies and verify shipment weight and volume). Correspondence with e-mail queries from overseas offices/agents and clients. Ensuring accurate data entry and excellent communications are maintained in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Declaration of Import and Export Customs permit

• Practice due diligent to ensure Bill of lading, invoices and all documents relating to shipment movements are properly checked

• Organise proper transportation required for pick-up or delivery

• Ensure all work is carried out according to our policy and procedures

• To communicate through emails, telephones and other forms of communication professionally

Digital Marketing Executive (Client servicing)

Working Timing: Mon to Fri, 9am – 6pm

Working Location: Hybrid (3 days in office - Kallang Junction, 2 days WFH)

Salary: $2600 - $3000

Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage client portfolio to help our clients improve their traditional, online & social presence.
• Deep understanding of online advertising, Influencer marketing and solid experience in marketing with a customer service approach.
• Develop digital campaigns to increase engagement on social media platforms.
• Implement and manage Google Adwords, Facebook, IG and Tiktok Campaigns
• Generate Ideas and Develop Content for social media platforms
• Monitor and optimize ad campaigns
• Measure Campaign performance using a variety of web analytics tools
• Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep up-to-date on strategies and best practices

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Marketing/Advertising/ Media or equivalent are welcome to apply
