Your Impact

You will work Client, Partners and Project Teams to ensure that Customer / Vendor invoices are properly booked, payments are made/accounted for and financial accuracy and transparency are retained. Job Functions & Summary:

Sports and Recreation Executive oversees the Gym, Sports, Swimming and Lifestyle facilities. Providing quality customer service to Club members and guests. Assist in organizing social events/activities for members. Daily functions will vary across all recreation facilities including Sports, Gym Swimming and lifestyle. Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Create and update existing Recreational lessons for publication materials.
• Assist members in Recreational program registrations and cancelations.
• Answer incoming calls and attend to enquiries on recreational related matters.
• Tabulate and generate monthly invoices and billings for all recreational classes.
