Job Info:

• Salary: Basic from $3200 - $3800 + AWS + VB
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
• Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Scope:

• Review, develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Offer comprehensive HR and administrative assistance (e.g., drafting appointment letters, conducting new staff orientations, etc.)
• Provide end-to-end HR and administrative support for foreign employees, including handling work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
• Oversee government grant claims such as maternity leave and childcare leave applications
• Coordinate monthly payroll processing and report submissions
• Supervise employee training and development requirements and manage the full training cycle and courses
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
• Undertake any ad hoc or administrative tasks as assigned

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Handle recruitment including work passes
2. Payroll processing and tax clearance
3. Co-ordinate training courses
4. Manage Time Attendance System
5. Administer Leave E-portal
6. Manage insurance claims
7. Process employees’ claims
8. Government grants application
9. Generate monthly reports and data for government surveys
10. Co-ordinate yearly toluene and audiometry test
11. Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Experience

• Degree in Human Resource Management
• Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry. Applicants with more experience will be considered for senior appointment
• Knowledge of Sage Easypay and Leave E-portal will be an added advantage
• Well versed in Singapore employment laws and HR practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (this role requires to communicate with Mandarin speaking staffs)
• Able to start work immediate or within short notice period will be an advantage
