Job Description

• Position Title: HR Executive
• Working Location: Senoko
• Working Hours: 5 days, with occasional Saturdays (Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5 pm; Sat 8 am – 12 pm)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Handle payroll functions and ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payrolls.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal regulations.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding process.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Manage employee data, records, and reports for HR projects and initiatives.
• Assist in other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
