Who are we looking for?

We are currently hiring a Senior Account Executive with commitment to build up finance infrastructure, internal control and governance capabilities that can scale with the growth of the business

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintaining full sets of books for the assigned entities including activities such as:
  • Preparing payments for different subsidiaries
  • Prepare and maintain accounting journals for FA, AP, GL and any intercompany activities
  • Prepare and maintain schedules and reconciliations of Balance Sheet items
  • Maintaining cashflow reports and forecasts
  • Assist in all GST related matters including quarterly GST submission to IRAS
• Collaborate with other team members to drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
• Support continuous effort to build up financial systems, internal controls and processes to support a growing business
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the department manager

Key Requirements

• Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience with exposure to Healthcare/Retail/Consumer Services preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
• Communicates effectively with non-financial colleagues
• Demonstrates an appreciation of how various parts of the organisation fits in the transaction-to-reporting process
• Result-driven, self-starter, comfortable in an unstructured start-up environment where ambiguity is the norm, and demonstrates ability to get things done in such settings

Responsibilities

• Support the team in planning and executing content marketing initiatives for company’s portfolio of industrial and commercial properties across various digital and social channels to generate brand awareness, enhance lead nurturing and attract new prospects
• Develop creative and engaging marketing content such as ad copy, eDMs, social media posts, long-form articles, white paper and infographics to boost engagement
• Create compelling marketing narratives for brochures, videos, pitch decks, website landing pages etc. to differentiate company’s workspace offerings from competitors
• Identify new content partners and digital platforms to distribute content and amplify online presence
• Produce visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, inhouse eDMs and content assets through the use of photography, videography, illustration and impactful content styling
• Write and optimise web copy for SEO optimization
• Provide support in other digital marketing initiatives
• Track, analyse and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns on a monthly basis

Requirements

• Minimum Degree holder with 2-4 years of relevant working experience, with 3 years in Digital and Content Marketing or as a Content Strategist with focus on lead and demand generation
• Good understanding of digital marketing platforms
• Excellent written and communication skills, with strong marketing background in B2B and B2C
• Ability to write in different styles, with demonstrable experience in both corporate storytelling and creative/lifestyle writing
• Meticulous attention to details with an eye for design, good composition and layout
• Proficiency in PowerPoint is mandatory
