Job Summary

Purpose of job:

What you will be working on

You will be involved in administering retirement-related withdrawal schemes. This includes overseeing Ordinary and Special Account (OSA) withdrawals for members reaching age 55, facilitating Retirement Account (RA) withdrawals through pledging, managing lump-sum withdrawals once members reach the PEA threshold, and handling exemptions for various conditions.

In this role, you will:

· Assist the Section Head in supervising a team of Managers and Executives responsible for the daily operations of retirement withdrawal schemes.

· Lead the team in navigating complex operations, managing incidents, and addressing appeals from CPF members, while seeking solutions beyond the CPF system and adjusting resource plans as needed.

· Identify and facilitate reviews of policies, legislation, processes, systems, and communications with stakeholders.
