This position is an important support role for the company's operations, requiring strong comprehensive ability, meticulous work and a high sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall warehouse management which includes handling, receiving, picking, issuing, storage, transfer, inventory control, labelling, release to production and/or customers materials and finished products accordingly to the defined quality specifications, policies and regulations
• Ensure workplace safety standards, personal hygiene, sanitation, and good warehousing practices are adhered to and implemented.
• Manage and organize effectively the storage space
• Maintain, clean and upkeep of storage facilities and warehouse equipment and racks
• Complete promptly and accurately all records and documentations required including keying in data in the system

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in warehouse operations
• Able to work 5.5 days
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word etc.
• Able to operate pallet jet will be an added advantage.
• A teamplayer, independent and work well in a startup environment

Manage existing customers and develop new business

Responsible for clients requests and develope long term relationship with clients

Resolve clients' concerns and feedback

Be able to actively master sales skills and familiar with sales channels, including online sales

Can work well independently as well as in a team

Assist department manager to complete assigned work

- Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the business through active involvement ni development and operational tasks

- Help define the team's strategic direction, ensuring it aligns with the goals and expectations of stakeholders

Participate in small, independent sub-projects, showcasing leadership potential -

Conduct data analysis and create PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder management and project updates

- Assist in creating and refining processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective product development and delivery

- Perform research and analysis on business processes, identifying opportunities for growth and increased efficiency while staying current with the F&B industry trends and best practices

Job Description:

• Responsible for full QS work including valuation, submission of variation works, budgeting, controlling of cash flow and cost, processing of claims, contract payments, and settlement of final accounts, working with procurement team on the administration of projects.
• Review the contractual performance of all parties to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Discuss, draft, review, negotiate, and subsequently shortlist and award sub-contracts.
• Ensure compliance and flow down of corresponding terms to sub-contractors.
• Manage contractual risks, disputes resolution, and settlement.
• Monitor contracts and facilitate extension, renewal, and/or close-out as required.
• Keep the Contracts Manager updated on all contractual and site-related matters.
• Periodically report work progress to top management including reviewing, tracking and consolidating the project work done report before submitting to CFO.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management/Building /Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the Construction industry.
• Experience in tendering and contracts management is preferred
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Multi-tasking and able to handle stress
