• Support Navision system – Purchase Order, product list & purchase report
• Any adhoc duties relevant to purchasing function or operational needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange and allocate manpower at job sites daily with staff management.
• Check daily attendance and follow up with security personnel.
• Create and regularly update employee records.
• Prepare claims, transport expenses, and reimbursement documents.
• Prepare monthly payrolls for security personnel.
• Prepare monthly invoices and manage billing processes.
• Handle client feedback and submit comprehensive reports to management.
• Prepare and update sales, expenses, and operational reports.
• Assist with technician support for job site operations.
• Assist in the preparation of tenders and quotations related to security contracts.
• Prepare and assist in generating incident reports as required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles, preferably in the security industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of payroll, invoicing, and employee record management is an advantage.
