**Job Description:**
We are seeking an Administrative Professional to support our team. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a startup.
1. Managing daily office affairs, such as procurement and inventory management of office supplies, and selecting office locations.
2. Assisting in arranging meetings and events, including booking meeting rooms and scheduling.
3. Handling reception duties for visiting clients or guests.
4. Assisting in developing and updating company documents and policies, such as employee handbooks and administrative procedures.
5. Responsible for replying to and redirecting emails and phone calls.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for candidates with a Master’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a startup.
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
