Crimson Education is hiring an innovative, driven product leader responsible for owning the
entire lifecycle for our Graduate School Admissions (GSA) consulting services, from product
design to marketing/sales strategy, performance evaluation, and product improvement.
Our goal: to hire an entrepreneurial General Manager who can run our GSA business
end-to-end and grow it to win at a global level. We want to do the same for graduate
admissions that we've done for undergrad, changing the competitive environment in which
we operate and becoming the biggest player in the space. We bring to the table unmatched
distribution channels, a robust technology platform, and the entrepreneurial know-how of
having done it at the undergrad level.
For this role, you'll need to bring hard-driving
entrepreneurial spirit, product vision, great instincts for what makes a target market tick, and
a love of 'getting your hands dirty' in operations, sales, marketing, and more.
This is a full-time position, either fully remote or based in one of Crimson's offices worldwide.
Responsibilities:
● Identifying target market segments and setting branding strategy
● Cross-functional work with global sales and marketing teams to drive revenue
● Oversight of service operations and quality / design improvements
● Coordinating product updates and releases with internal stakeholders
● Building a high-performing service and sales team for GSA
Short/Medium Term Expectations:
● Drive $420,000 SGD (or more) in GSA revenue in May ‘24, and $820k in revenue
between June and July ‘24
● ~10 assets produced and delivered by May 15 ‘24, including but not limited to
testimonial videos, eBooks, guidebooks, Strategy lookbooks, etc.
● Sales of at least $100k SGD outside of the GSA team (reflecting confidence in the
product from other markets/teams) during the month of May ‘24
● Biweekly events, online or in-person, from May ‘24 onward
● 1000 leads generated from digital marketing campaigns in May ‘24, with ~2%
conversion in June/July
● Strong email copy for nurture drips and other outreach, tailored for MBA, completed
and in circulation by May’24
● A strong, competitive, standardized team of consultants who have capacity to take on
lots of new students, with initial team training and build completed by end of May ‘24
Longer-term Expectations:
● Achieve 100% YoY growth between FY24 and FY25, with approximately $7.5M SGD
revenue
● Achieve the most web traffic of any MBA consultancy, as measured by Similarweb, by
end of FY25
● Expand from 2-3 markets in FY24 to 5-7 markets in FY25, with average $700k SGD
earned across each during FY25
● Expand from MBA to Engineering & CS MS/PhD programming early in FY25
What skills and experience you’ll need:

● Experience in education or admissions consulting sector preferred
