Responsibilities:

• Create and implement control algorithms and embedded firmware for high-power converters using C/C++ programming language and model-based design methodology.
• Knowledge of various communication protocols is applied to product development.
• Testing strategies are planned and executed, including bench testing, validation testing, unit testing, integration testing, and system level testing.
• Developing lab tests tools and support development of routine testing/systems for production systems.
• Creäte clear documentation for firmware design and test results.

Requirements:

As our new Senior FF&E Designer, you will be engaged in luxury hospitality projects, encompassing both urban and resort hotels. You will collaborate within a design team to interpret client briefs, working closely with the Interior Design team to develop concepts, create sample boards, and prepare presentations for clients. You will also be responsible for sourcing appropriate materials and fabrics for interior finishes, artwork, furniture, and lighting.

Your Responsibilities

As the Senior FF&E Designer, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing, scheduling, and selecting FF&E and artwork items for projects, working alongside Design Leads and Senior Interior Designers throughout every design stage.
• Developing and preparing all material finishes, ironmongery, and sanitary ware specifications in collaboration with the Project Designer.
• Preparing and coordinating all FF&E documentation required for tender issues, and creating and maintaining FF&E budget estimates versus actuals as needed.
• Reviewing samples, strike-offs, shop drawings, and materials for compliance with specifications and design intent.
• Participating in project meetings and client presentations as necessary, including attending client work-sessions and design reviews.

We are looking for a research officer to apply biomolecular modelling methods, including homology modelling and molecular dynamics, to understand the molecular mechanisms of coding variants that are associated with type 2 diabetes. Where applicable, structures of protein–ligand, protein–protein, protein–nucleic acid complexes will be modelled to determine the effect of the mutation on these interactions. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to work on collaborative projects with experimental groups to develop therapeutics and understand biochemical mechanisms.
