· To perform bank reconciliation for all the banks under the client which includes but not limited to:

o Daily download of all bank statements

o Match transactions in bank statement and accounting book in Workday system

o Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Role:

• Coordinate vessel bookings in and out of Singapore port and manage pilot and tug boat services.
• Provide crew information to immigration authorities.
• Inform Customs about vessel arrivals and departures and report onboard cargoes.
• Ensure ship documentation complies with international and local regulations before Customs inspection.
• Prepare and submit Pre-Arrival Notification of Security declarations.
• Organize and manage personnel travel and transport.
• Coordinate supply and delivery of ship spares, stores, contractor services, certificates, provisions, fresh water, waste removal, and crew salary distribution.
• Manage bunkering operations for vessels.
• Coordinate other port operations and services.
• Attend to assigned projects and tasks.

Requirements:

• At least two 2 years of experience in ship/port agency, including working with ocean-going tankers.
• Familiarity with: Singapore Customs import/export procedures, including manifest reconciliation statement submission.
• Marinet E-Services for port clearance, declarations, applications, approvals, permits, licenses, and certifications.
• PSA Portnet Services for pilotage and towage bookings.
• ICA Crew System.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
