Project executives are at the heart of every stage of the renovation process, working closely with clients, designers, suppliers and contractors to transform spaces into homes.

What You’ll Do

• Advice the client and designer on functional and technical feasibility.
• Work with the designer, carpenters, suppliers and contractors to solve production challenges.
• Site management of interior fit-out works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure your standards are met.
• Manage multiple project timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SketchUp or AutoCad is a bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Handle partial to full-sets of accounts including data entry into accounting system.

· AP duties include verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments.

· AR duties include monitoring aging report, sending Statement of Accounts, following-up on outstanding debts and recording incoming payment.

· Handle funding claims and audit support.

· Handle bank reconciliation and manage cash book.

· GST filings preparation.

· Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and processes for accounting & finance functions.

· Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting related matters.

· Cross-functional support on adhoc reports and / or accounting matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Professional qualifications, Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

· 1-3 Years of Experience.

· Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Experience with construction accounts management is plus

Role Summary

The role will report directly to the Head of Multi-Asset. You will be responsible for multi-asset research and product related work.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Support portfolio managers on investment strategy, positioning and performance context
• Carry out in-depth analysis and research to support the generation of trade ideas in multi-asset portfolios
• Work closely with the Risk team to ensure the relevance of the risk reports on multi-asset portfolios
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual investment reports on multi-asset portfolios, outlook slides and portfolio review presentation decks
• Work closely with Sales and Client Service team to respond to market events, through written and verbal communication to clients
• Support RFP process and any other projects as assigned

Education Qualification

• Degree holder in economics, quantitative or business discipline

Experience and Skills

• You should have 3 to 5 years multi-asset research and product related work experience
• You should possess experience in conducting research and analysis on multiple asset classes (i.e. equity, fixed income, commodities and currencies, etc).
• You should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to confidently interact with peers and stakeholders
• You should be positive in thinking, independent and possess the ability to work under stress and meet tight deadlines

Job Description:

• Overall management and co-ordination of the project

• Serve as a single point of contact in co-ordination with and consultation with the Customer’s Representative

• Deemed as the Contractor’s agent in all dealings with the Customer

• Be accountable to the Customer as the Contractor’s agent, for all aspects of the design, development, delivery, installation, integration, migration, testing, implementation, operations and maintenance services of the System

• Manage changes within project constraints, e.g. scope, resource and schedule

• Plan and allocate resources proactively to ensure timely delivery of the System in accordance with the project schedule

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology

• Successfully managed and implemented at least 2 projects for past 5 years

• Good command of English (Conversational, Written and Reading)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of financial accounting (GL, Billing, AR etc).

• Understand Cyber Security and best practices.

• Able to manage local and overseas projects

• Project Management certification (PMP) will be added advantage

• Contract / Commercial Law courses will be added advantage
