In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment and engagement of our Care Professionals (caregivers, nurses and therapists), as well as drive the Supply department’s strategy and operations. This will involve growing Homage’s CarePro pool in Singapore, working with the Global Head of Supply Operations to drive business metrics, and executing our operations strategy on the ground. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help execute and maintain best-in-class training and onboarding for Carepros

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Good project management skills, ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously, and adhering to deadlines
• Track record in operations, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Past experience leading a team and/or having direct reports

• Experience in selling communication equipment to Service Providers and Enterprises through System Integrators, channels and/or OEMs.
• Ability to engage at senior levels. Ability to address customers from the technology level and all the way up to the strategic & telecom trends level.
• Have access to senior decision makers. Proven ability to identify the key decision makers in each opportunity.
• Experience in managing direct sales and management of a network of distributors/partners.
• Minimum university education or equivalent. Master’s degree in Business Administration is an advantage.

Job Purpose Statement

Responsible for the smooth, safe, and efficient operations of the laboratory by overseeing all aspects of laboratory operations including budgeting, equipment, staff, supplies procurement, software, documentation, compliance, quality improvement, technical and personnel activities in accordance with laboratory policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the clinical laboratory’s day to day operation and administrative role, with focus on safety, quality, productivity and compliance.
• Maintain the laboratory safety standards and oversee the quality assurance activities, and ensure the laboratory remains in compliance with applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies (MOH & CAP).
• Manage periodic internal, external, regulatory and accreditation audits (MOH, CAP, etc.)
• Manage the development and implementation of all laboratory processes, workflow and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory policies and procedures across all laboratory functions.
• Lead the validation, evaluation and implementation of new laboratory test methodologies.
• Assist technical team in the development, validation and implementation of new diagnostic tests.

Qualifications & Pre-requisites:

• BSc in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
• At least 10 years’ of clinical laboratory experience in supervisory/management role.
• Ability to organise, communicate, teach, and work with others in an effective matter.
• Considerable knowledge of the methods, materials, equipment, and techniques used in clinical laboratory work.
• Knowledge of local regulations, standards, guidelines and requirements of a clinical reference laboratory.
• Analytical thinking and good communication skills.
• Knowledge in the operations and workflow of a medical laboratory.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools is essential.
• Good organization and planning skills.

Role and responsibilities

· Establish overall success of a project, or a portfolio of projects, by ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, meet business requirements and comply with governance framework, including security and resiliency.

· In charge of managing and monitoring project plan, project milestones, risk and change management to ensure delivery of the project on schedule, within scope and budget.
