• Professional degrees in ACCA, CIMA, and MACPA or a Diploma in Accounting with more than 10 years of working experience in accounting.

Experience / Skill

• Strong in people management skills.
• Practical experience & exposure in Accounting, Treasury, and Financial Management of at least 5 years.
• Capable of managing general administration & HR department with some years of track record/ experience.
• Chines Language skills

- Perform electrical wiring including installation, servicing and troubleshooting of machine equipment

- To troubleshoot and report issue during assembly and testing

- Conduct site commissioning and operational training

- Able to perform in-house automation machine assembly and wiring

- Able to analysis and troubleshooting machine issue during testing and commissioning

- ITE/Diploma graduate

Summary

Full contract responsibility for monitor and guides the team. End to end reporting to management for the project progress to Executive Director.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise a group of site staff, engineers. Plan and organise daily work, execution of projects, prepare project schedule, milestone reports, submission and manpower planning
• Participate in the preparation of technical specifications, design requirements, conduct tender site show round for project works and contract management
• Ensure effective project management on the implementation of design, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Ensure all Installation engineers, workers / sub-contractors work is completed in the allocated time
• Ensure safety in the workplace through close supervision and implementation of all safety requirements
• Perform investigation of accident / incident report including recommendation of preventive or improvement measures to mitigate recurrence
• Review of contractor’s resign submission, update of as-built drawing, attendance to site meeting / inspection
• Have the ability to make judgement calls/decisions based on the experience within the industry. All other decisions to be authorised by General Manager /Directors
• Ensure that all work to be carried out to the current standards & deliver excellent customer service
• Liaise with office staff to assist in the resolving of queries, customers, subcontractors & suppliers
• Provide suggestions for improvement of practices within the Company

Job Requirements

· Minimum MUST have 5 years Singapore-based ACMV experiences

including research and writing with regard to technical issues

- Provide Research and Development (R&D) quality assurance, engagement reviewer and exam support

- Builds effective cross-functional relationships with field implementation, regional food, distribution, facilities and

other professional services teams

- Implements and monitors quality assurance programs to ensure they meet or exceed intended objectives

- Manages third party audit program for region

- May provide technical guidance for quality assurance specialists in Region
