• Tender quotation.
• Following up with past tender submission.
• Monthly Progressive Claim for project.
• Placing orders for Sales Rep on their customer orders, plan, prepare documentation and schedule appointment.
• Attending to customer inquiries or feedback with the Operation team on follow-up
• Prepare purchase requisition for Procurement
• Play an active role in the customer retention program.
• Assist to check the Technician schedule
• Assist Department on all HR and other departments related matters
• Any other ad-hoc work scope by superior.

Purpose and Accountabilities

As part of its commitment to our clients, Alpha Development has an exciting opportunity to join the Programme Management team delivering training programmes and providing exceptional service to our clients. Programme Managers will own programme delivery and will establish relationships with our clients to support successful programme delivery and exceed client satisfaction. Working closely with Account Managers and Account Directors, this will support Alpha’s growth ambition on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Management: effective project management of training programmes.

1. Manage Programme deliveries to time, budget and quality following internal process.
2. Lead a project – be accountable and drive execution.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
4. Co-ordinate the work of the Programme and project team. Ensure resource availability and allocation, delegate tasks where appropriate.
5. Accurately maintaining / recording training events within enterprise management system.
6. Manage project risks and issues and be accountable for project governance.
7. Set objectives and closely manage the scope of a project. Implement new plans quickly without disruption to current programme if necessary.
8. Measure project performance and produce reports for client / stakeholders.

Client Services: delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders, ensuring clients are supported throughout the planning, implementation, and delivery of programmes.

1. Relationship and Stakeholder Management: plan and liaise continually to ensure requirements are being met.Support the trainer and client throughout. Respond to change, problem solve and managing client and trainer expectations throughout.
   Support the wider global Programme Management team on an ad-hoc basis.
   
2. Support our clients to delivery successful training programme(s)Solve client issues that challenge success.
   Provide solutions that satisfy both short- and long-term client needs.
   
3. Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the programme lifecycle.Adhere to service levels agreements.
   Report on programme success criteria.
   Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
   

Key technical skills, experience, knowledge and qualifications

• Minimum 4 years within professional services project management and/or Learning & Development, HR.
• Project Management – including leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to identify and meet client needs through a delivery of products and excellent services.
• Proven logical ability and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrate a solutions-focus approach, think about the client first, understand client’s needs and strive to add value whilst delivering outstanding customer service.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing workflow across different lines of businesses/departments.
• Digitally savvy; able and keen to learn new systems.
• Knowledge of the training industry.
• Experience working in a client facing, customer service role.
• Experience of Learning Management Systems, eLearning systems and webinar software.
• (Recommended) Project management qualification/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)

• INCHARGE OF PRODUCTION MOLD SET UP, PROCESS TROUBLESHOOTING TO ENSURE SMOOTH PRODUCTION WITH QUALITY OUTPUT.
• EXECUTE PRODUCTION PLAN TO ENSURE MEETING DAILY PRODUCTION PLAN.
• KEEP RECORDS OF INVENTORY AND ENSURE THAT THERE IS SUFFICIENT MATERIAL INVENTORY FOR PRODUCTION USE.
• MUST HAVE RELEVANT EXPERIENCES IN SETTING UP INJECTION MOULDING MACHINES FOR PRECISION PLASTIC PART.
• ENSURE PRODUCTION AREA IS SAFE TO WORK, PRODUCTIVE AND HAS REQUIRED INVENTORY.
• ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY.
• MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE MOLDING PROCESSES TO REDUCE DISCREPANCIES.
• AD HOC DUTIES ASSIGNED BY SUPERIOR.
• KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTION PROCESS AND EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING WOULD BE A PLUS
• TRAIN THE OPERATORS IN SAFETY,HANDLING AND BASIC MACHINE OPERATOR OF PRODUCTION.
• INSPECT AND UPKEEP THE COMPANY’S FACILITY SUCH AS COOLING TOWER, AIR COMPRESSOR ETC.
• UPKEEP BASIC CLEANLINES OF THE PRODUCTION AREAS.
• CARRY OUT NEW / MODIFIED MOLD TESTING AND DOCUMENT THE TESTING PROCESS.
• DOCUMENT ALL INFORMATION AS PER REQUIREMENT IN THE QUALITY MANUAL AND PLAN.
