Technical Team

The technical team is an independent team of experts within IQ-EQ providing technical and industry reporting standards advice to global client services teams, sales and implementation teams, and global clients within the Funds & Institutional segment.

The core part of technical team work is focused on 3 key areas –

1) Technical Advisory (technical accounting and PE/RE industry / regulatory related queries, technical support to sales and implementation team for new clients etc) ;

Job Summary

• Resolve technical accounting queries raised by the Client Services (CS) team and clients in a timely manner

Duties:

Record inventory data manually or on a computer or handheld electronic device. Receive,count, and verify incoming orders. Do loading & unloading of orders.

Label stock items with labeling equipment such as identification tags or stamps. check the stock on shelves and organization of products throughout store. Creating and maintaining a records management system.

Performing data entry tasks, Updating existing records, Maintaining company archives, Retrieving information from the filing system when requested.

What you’ll be doing

- Responsible for the creation, implementation and execution of Action Sales Plan;

- Assists or drives new initiatives or, especially in new product/service launches with speed and effectiveness to financial institutions or business corporations

- Responsibility for the sales process from initial point of contact, presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations and execution. Meet/exceed minimum monthly and annual sales objectives;

- Canvassing for new accounts, develop customer base, appraise key business opportunities in our market segments;

- Responsible for the effective management and servicing of existing and potential customers including the development and growth of accounts to optimize profits.

- Responsible for key accounts management and development of strategic; relationships with corporate clients to ensure continuous repeat business with the Bureau;

- Responsible for realizing the committed revenue targets;

- Identify opportunities to link up with financial institutions or other targeted segment through back-end integration and work closely with clients and IT to ensure the implementation and completion of projects

- Actively participate in events, conference, seminars or other promotional activities.

- Respond promptly and decisively to customers’ requirements through effective communication and co-ordination with various internal departments.

- Other projects or matters may assign to support revenue targets in futures.

An Insights Partner Development Manager is responsible to proactively manage and develop a portfolio of accounts through deepening Partner relationships, including the recruitment of new Partners aligned to territory strategy and processes.  

This role will require you to recruit, source and onboard new partners for Insights developing leads from marketing and persuading prospective partners of the benefits of a close relationship.

Purpose of your role

Business Development Manager will be an integral part of the OFX SG team.
