You are at the core of all marketing executions in JAPAC partnered with the Shared Services team in HQ, JAPAC marketing leadership team, along with the regional sales teams, GTM leads and Channel ecosystem. As someone who understands how to operate like a CMO of your function, you will lead on key growth initiatives like CXO engagement/ABM programs, demand generation, and drive quality pipeline with a target contribution for the business. You’re also responsible for developing and growing the Programs & Ops team to be a top performing team. The successful candidate will have a proven record of strategic planning, field and program marketing experience - and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves alongside your team.

Your Impact - Marketing Programs & Operations Team Lead: 

• Demand Generation Oversight: Strategize, design, and execute JAPAC demand generation programs, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

• Establish CoE (Center of Excellence): Drive operational efficiency, streamlined processes, enhanced customer satisfaction and increased agility by leveraging technologies as needed.

• Technology Adoption: Collaborate with HQ Marketing Operations team or IT team to identify, design, and implement solutions that help us grow and scale with agile. Expected to act as the AI transformation consultant for the team.

• Analytics and Reporting: Track and provide the Marketing leadership team with ongoing analysis for marketing contribution to pipeline/bookings, program ROI, contact acquisition, campaign results, and etc. Verify and analyze the data for MBR and QBR.

• Sales-Marketing Alignment: Drive initiatives emphasizing lead management and governance, elevating data quality and refining lead quality for seamless sales-marketing collaboration.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide administrative support to the Commissioning Editors
• Assist the Editors in sending proposals for review, drawing up author contracts and chasing reviews during the book proposal process
• Provide pre- and post-publication care to authors, including chasing authors to deliver manuscripts, advising on permissions and copyright queries, and checking and passing manuscripts to production
• Keep author and project databases up to date, organizing author book promotion flyers and sending gratis copies to authors and contributors.
• Act as the main point of contact for numerous authors and internal departments

STRATEGIC CATEGORY DEVELOPMENT

• Support the Shopper marketing manager in developing category vision and cascade on channel level.
• Update Category Drivers with new products and initiatives launch.
• Generate new relevant shopper / channel insights, lead Shopper / Customer studies.
• Lead NP launch preparation from Shopper marketing side: route to trade, selling story, OPEX KPIs. Collaborate with marketing to design the best bundle and the optimum trade support.
• Participate in AOP (budgeting) process in order to reach OPEX objectives.

STRATEGIC CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT

• Determine priorities on Category management projects, support Shopper Marketing Manager in leading top customer projects (JBP) and lead cross-customer / channel projects
• Run category, channel, and customer analysis to detect opportunities to increase category & brand sales for all customers
• Design assortment and shelving guidelines per channel in order to increase Company and Category sales
• Make proposal on shelf-display to ensure layout implementation
• Run quarterly / monthly evaluation of category management projects.

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE (OPEX)

• Support Shopper marketing manager in leading Operational Excellence: defining the key opportunities on OPEX topics nationally and account-specific like shelf position, assortment/ distribution opportunities, OOS, promotional executions etc.
• Deliver sustainable growth with on high sales efficiency level
• Lead OPEX scorecard, provide monthly communication of OPEX KPIs performance with Sales feedback, report qualitative summary to Shopper marketing manager and Country Manager
• Develop and deploy on-time and qualitative OPEX communication (monthly KPIs reporting, guidelines update, OPEX deployment events for sales) to ensure full knowledge of Company objectives on every Sales force level at any time

PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY

• Support Shopper marketing manager in developing promo strategy per channel based on brand objectives and financial KPIs
• Lead the proposal of new promotional activities with our products to increase our promotional effectiveness
• Develop and deploy educational materials, based on category knowledge, to deliver Category vision and drivers.

What you get to do in this role:

As a ServiceNow Service Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling a portfolio of service offerings designed to help our customers successfully adopt the products they have purchased and ultimately achieve the business outcomes they expected from utilising our products. These service offerings include our Impact success offering and product adoption services.

The SDM is integral to the regional sales team. They collaborate with the Services Account Executive, account team and our customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption. In a quota-carrying role, the Services Development Manager partners with the Services Account Executive, the ServiceNow Sales team and our partner ecosystem to develop and successfully execute Services sales opportunities across the territories of the Services Account Executive on very large accounts and new logos.

• Collaborate with inside and outside Digital, Field, and Partner sales team members to develop and execute success and adoption services opportunities in collaboration with the Services Account Executives and their designated territories.
• Work with the SAE in your region to prioritise sales activities against specific opportunities on clear role-responsible guidelines.
• Work effectively and collaborate with the Expert Services delivery team to identify additional revenue opportunities from existing engagements, including Change Orders.
• Participate in all district activities to develop a programmatic approach to creating, managing, and closing a pipeline of opportunities commensurate with achieving assigned service quotas.
• Proactively create new Services opportunities Impact and Adoption Services for new and installed base customers.
• Own the responsibility for any Impact Guided deal in the territories of the Services Account Executives.
• Manage sales opportunities and business relationships from the office with influential contacts across the territories of the Services Account Executive on very large accounts and new logos. Work with the extended support and delivery team to drive the development of packaging strategies and services proposals.
• Prioritise and manage inbound services sales requests.
• Execute Value-based Selling Methodology for Impact and Adoption services opportunities.
• Meeting or exceeding Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales targets.
