The position is responsible for managing the department in a professional, efficient and flexible manner. REVENUE MANAGEMENT STRAGEGY SUPPORT 

• Support the Hotel Management and Executive Director of Revenue Management to develop and maintain the hotel strategy (in terms of business mix and pricing by season and type of day) for the future periods through cooperation with sales & marketing team and optimal use of revenue management systems and channels. 

REVENUE MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE 

• Analyze in detail the hotels results and performance (average rates, occupancy rates, RevPAR..). Survey the market and competitors in terms of performance (RevPAR Index, market penetration…), pricing and availability as a basis for future tactical decisions with the Hotel GM.  Run scenarios to determine optimized actions for contracts and business mix changes 

• Perform both high level and by day forecast for both hotels and manage the forecast adjustments, uploading and reporting through Accor systems.  

PRICING, PLANNING & DISTRIBUTION OPTIMISATION 

• Take daily decisions to optimize the hotel turnover. Decisions in terms of pricing, inventory management (RMLs open/close), group quotation, distribution channels... Ensure that these recommendations are implemented in reservation and reception, and that systems (PMS, CRS/TARS, RMS) are updated accordingly.  

PMS/CRS MANAGEMENT & OPIMISATION 

• Maintain and optimize reservation systems including Opera Cloud and TARS with accurate tracking and delivery of rates to all distribution channels. 

REVPRO CULTURE 

• Ensure that a “RevPRO culture” is spreaded in the hotel, through the animation of weekly Revpro meetings and regular coaching and training sessions for the hotel teams  

TEAM DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH 

• Provide coaching and development for the Revenue Management team to support career progression and growth. 

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Pricing and distribution loading across all systems and tools 

• Cover responsibilities for the Executive Director of Revenue Management when out of the office 

• All other duties as required 

• Oversee daily accounting operations, supervising the accounts payable, receivable, income audit, fixed assets, and general ledger functions.
• Ensure all Finance Operations comply with policies and procedures.
• Review, prepare and post journal entries, ensuring efficient and timely completion of month-end process.
• Prepare the trial balance and financial reports.
• Review and analyze all accounts before issuing final monthly financial statements.
• Responsible for preparation of the various monthly reports as required by Management
• Perform bank reconciliation and month-end reconciliation of all general ledger balances.
• Ensure that sub-ledgers and supporting evidence are in order and properly maintained to support the General Ledger.
• Ensure that all monthly balance sheets are balanced and all bank reconciliations are up-to-date.
• Ensure that relevant day to day transactions are completed and have been verified for the Director of Finance and General Manager to review and sign.
• Review the daily revenue report and Income Journal prepared by the Income Auditor.
• Manage prepaid and accrued expense monthly allocations as well as other allocated expense calculations and make sure that they are properly accounted for.
• Ensure timely updates to Fixed Assets Register and conduct periodic Fixed Assets counts.
• Review and submit quarterly GST reports
• Maintain close communication with the auditors and to communicate instructions for the preparation of internal and external audits, preparing all necessary data and documents, in conjunction with the Director of Finance.
• Assist the Director of Finance in compiling budgets and forecasts and to aid Department Heads by providing historical data or support details.
• Assist the Director of Finance in the preparation of cash flow projections and review/finalize capital budget for the Hotel.
• Assist in the implementation of the Hotel annual budgets.

Porsche Singapore is seeking an experienced Manager for Pre-owned Car Sales to lead and oversee the pre-owned car business management and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our pre-owned car segment, achieving volume and profitability targets, and positioning Porsche Singapore as the preferred dealer for pre-owned Porsches in Singapore.

• Position Porsche Singapore as the authorised and preferred dealer for pre-owned Porsches in Singapore and promote the awareness and benefits of Porsche Approved Programme amongst consumers.
• Develop and implement business strategies, initiatives, and operational plans for the pre-owned car segment to drive growth and achieve volume and profitability targets.
• Develop pre-owned car pricing strategy including setting of residual value, trade-in and selling pricing for pre-owned Porsches.
• Oversee the management of pre-owned car inventory, including strategy development, sourcing, researching, evaluation, purchasing, and pricing vehicles to ensure an efficient pre-owned car stock turnover.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to maximise revenue and market share in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the pre-owned car division as well as analyse financial performance and implement measures to optimise profitability.
• Coordinate and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders e.g. aftersales workshop on Porsche refurbishment process (i.e. 111 pt. check) to ensure all pre-owned Porsches meet the stringent requirements for Porsche Approved Warranty.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Visit boutiques, counters & Sephora stores on a weekly basis, the expectation is to spend 80% of the time in the field

▪ Monitor sales and inventory levels, analyze data and trends and make informed decisions to drive business growth

▪ Ensure that visual merchandising, customer service, and operational standards are consistently met across all stores

▪ Cultivate a close collaborative relationship with retailers, operational local teams and external partners to garner best in class support for brands

▪ Analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and market trends

▪ Gather monthly sell out data & feedback for analysis vs. target, competitors and shop trend & propose corrective action plans to further strengthen sell out performance.
