Roles & Responsibilities

• HR administration tasks such as preparing employment contracts, letters and other documentation.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle Ministry of Manpower (MOM) matters, such as work permit, work pass applications, renewal, cancellations and any other MOM related issues.
• Manage airport pass applications and renewals.
• Coordinate and arrange airport airside courses for staff.
• Manage staff engagement and relations.
