Job Descriptions

• Identify key market segments and potential customers in the geographical market (Singapore).
• Develop business opportunities based on the identified key offers (solicited/ unsolicited) in the target market.
• Manage tender processes, work with key stakeholders (external and internal) to establish technical capabilities, cost model, legal compliance and secure the contrac.
• Secure long term service contracts and achieve organisation KPIs.
• Gather market information including change of regulations, competitors and customers’ activities development.
• Identify new market trends, market players, technologies and latest industry development relevant to our business.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, or equivalent, with minimum five (5) years proven track record in business development in industrial & manufacturing services.
• Proven track record in selling industrial services (Water or Energy) with pharmaceutical industry, Micro-Electronics or Speciality Chemicals in the Singapore market context.
• Familiar with the local environmental and related regulations.
• Experienced with onsite service solutions in particular related to Operation & Maintenance, as well as business models such as BOT, DBOM.
• Experienced in utilities in particular in energy management sector.
• Strong local customer networks in industrial & manufacturing sectors.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical skills required to understand and propose solutions focusing on client requirements.
• Energetic, driven and goal oriented.

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.
