Human Resource Clerk (Payroll, Info-Tech HRMS system)

1. With at least 2 years payroll experience in using the Info-Tech HRMS software or other payroll softwares.
2. To assist in handling bi-monthly payroll processing for 500 - 800 headcounts.
3. Good working knowledge of payroll processing and administration in Cleaning Services industry.
4. Work with Admin and Operations Teams to maintain HRMS database, and leave administration.
5. Co-ordinate with Operations on staff attendance records, confirmation, and other related HR matters.
6. Good Knowledge of MOM Employment Act, and Foreign Worker Application.
7. Perform any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
