Qualifications

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience in product management roles, preferably within B2C tech, e-commerce or related industries

As an Electrical Project Manager in the project team, you will be responsible to provide high quality engineering services and specifications for the Planning, Design, Construction, Start-up, and Commissioning of your discipline specific Facilities systems in support of the success of the project. You will participate in Project Design and Scope Development, Documentation, and Control Change, Vendor Selection, Project Tendering, and onsite Discipline Project Safety, Coordination and Execution for your discipline. You will have a minimum of 10 years of experience managing MEP projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. You will have a strong working knowledge of all aspects of Electrical systems and be able to effectively communicate with all project stakeholders.

Currently, MS is offered at both Bachelor and Master degree levels with only three tenured/tenure-track faculty members in the MS domain in CEE. Moving forward, we are hoping to expand the MS program by introducing more engineering related courses. It will also reinforce our research capabilities related to maritime and shipping.

The joint appointment with School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (MAE) will provide excellent opportunity for collaboration and innovation. Procurement General Manager is responsible to maintain corporate governance in areas of contracts and procurement, negotiating and managing contracts as well as getting involve in contract and procurement processes including defining needs and options and make recommendations. Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor and manage budget.
• Drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation and Execution for all types of contracts including but not limited to formal, short form, and annual contracts;
• Address queries with regards to Tenders and to prepare the Tender Look- out List. Review and comment on tender analysis prepared by project stakeholders before it is presented to the Client;
• Prepare tender evaluation reports and recommendations;
• Review, develop and implement procurement and contract administration procedures, systems and policies in consultation with Management and in compliance with Company policies;
• Advise and assist the Management and Projects on procurement/commercial and contractual matters/ legal matters/warehouse matters;
