Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Supply Chain / Procurement oriented roles
• Experience leading a team
• Manufacturing, Aerospace, Engineering, or related business experience
• Very good command on both commercial and technical areas of Supply Chain
• Very good commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Project Management
• Knowledge and good relationship of supply base in the region
• Understanding of market dynamics
• Geographically mobile for development opportunities
• Expertise with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SAP and sourcing tools like Ariba
• BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 8-10 years relevant experience

Responsibilities:

• To support department administration functions in terms of filling, managing phone calls, receipts, pods.
• To assist the Supervisor with the high demand of values and projects from customers.
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possesses GCE ‘O’ Level / ‘A’ Level / Diploma in any field
• Has at least 1 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge in MS Office
• A good team player who works well with others
