KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under the direction and guidance of the Senior Director Investments - Data Centres, take ownership and responsibility to:

· Execute transaction and partnership strategies for assigned regions and markets

· Project manage the transaction process, coordinating between stakeholders to meet transaction timelines

· Play a key role in site selection, partnering closely with development and acquisition teams for initial site assessment

· Contribute towards development of data centre investment strategies considering market trends, supply & demand dynamics, competitive landscape, technology developments, risk profile and profitability

· Develop and oversee the implementation of continual process improvement initiatives related to operational efficiency, team effectiveness and value-added activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

§ Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or land surveying

§ Minimum 6 years experience work experience, with minimum 3 years working for data centre developers / operators with a pan-Asia footprint

§ Experienced in the sourcing, diligence, negotiation and acquisition of large / complex sites, including data centres, industrial properties, and land opportunities (both brownfield and greenfield)

§ Experienced in the planning and approvals process, including authority applications and community consultation

§ Self-motivated and proactive; ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

§ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.

§ Able to work independently, resourceful, meticulous, and possess sound commercial sense with strong analytical aptitude.

• Qualify leads and refer them to the sales team.
• Enter and update customer information in Salesforce, maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure accuracy in sales information to avoid misrepresentation.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher Nitec in any field.
• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with administration tasks such as expense claims and applications for work permits and employment passes.
• Complete and submit forms to external agencies like CPF Board, Income Tax Department, SDF, and Mindef.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal files.
• Prepare documents for new hires.
• Respond to employee queries about leave entitlements, pay rates, company doctor procedures, and other HR matters.
• Administer salaries by calculating pay, including overtime and deductions, and process monthly payroll accurately.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• O levels, Diploma, with a minimum 5 years of related working experience.
• Diligent in being careful in all your tasks
• Able to work effectively with regional teams
• Able to communicate verbally and in written form to our Taiwanese speaking clients.

• Tag patients in the Queue Management System for HealthierSG visits.

• Perform other assigned tasks.

Working Hours:

• 5.5 Days office Hours
