Job description:

- Managing admin work

Maintain and organize company files, records, and databases

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed

Assist in the coordination of real estate transactions and documentation

Track and manage deadlines, contracts, and client communications

Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within real estate or investment firms

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver

Familiarity with real estate or financial services is a plus

Reception Support

• Frontline customer service – manage reception counter, handle incoming phone calls and inquiries from stakeholders, including general public and parents.
• Assist students who are unwell/injured in the sick bay. Administer basic first aid for students if necessary.
• Logging of lost and found items and keeping track of school keys that are signed out.
• Assist in the setup of Conference Room for meetings.
• Packing of resources for timely distribution to students and/or teachers.

Administrative Support

• Provide support in matters related to students, for example:
• Assist in P1 registration and P1 Orientation.
• Assist in administration of students on Leave of Absence (LOA) and act as Point of Contact with LOA parents.
• Assist in P6 DSA application and S1 posting.
• Updating of student details in school cockpit and filing of student documents.
• Assist with daily General Office administrative duties such as maintaining records and managing office supplies.
• Provide support to school events where necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the School Leaders and AM.

Qualifications

• GCE ‘O’ Level (or equivalent).
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills.
• Comfortable with handling different profile of stakeholders.
• Pleasant and patient in dealing with both parents and school children.
• Self-initiated and ability to multitask with good time management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Conversant in both English and Mandarin.
