The Release Operations and Change Manager is essential in enhancing ITIL processes within the Platform Technology division. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in change management within a large organization.
• Experience in a regulated financial institution is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of the payments landscape is beneficial.
• Comprehensive understanding of software development life cycles (SDLCs) and release management methodologies.
• Proficiency with release management tools, code repositories, and DevSecOps pipelines (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, AWS Code Pipeline, GitHub, BitBucket); experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
• ITIL 4 certification is required.

Requirements:

• A degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5 or more years of regional sales experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in multi-cultural environment
• Good level of understanding on business creation and development with good skills for managing design-in and design-win pipeline process and prioritization
• Technical background on semiconductors and knowledge in Industrial / Power segments application know-how, especially in power discrete is preferred
• Ability to drive, coordinate and structure cross-functional, cross-regional activities and business partners
• Self-motivated, both a team player as well as individual/independent contributor
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must and excellent presentation skill will be key for this role, and fluency in Chinese (for effective communication with the China team) is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Transport Team, Drivers, and Supply Team Management & Development

• Lead and manage the transport team, drivers, and supply team, promoting a positive work environment and high performance.
• Develop a staff performance matrix to set performance expectations and goals and conduct regular reviews, provide training to improve skills and ensure adherence to operating procedure, safety, and operational standards.

Fleet and Route Management:

• Oversee the scheduling, dispatch, and routing of the transportation fleet to optimize delivery times and reduce fuel costs and maintain fuel consumption and CO2 emissions record
• Monitor fleet utilization and recommend adjustments to maximize efficiency.
• Analyse routes and delivery patterns to identify issue and opportunities for planning improvement.
• To oversee the local and cross border deployment.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, including vehicle maintenance, safety inspections, and driver and supply assistant hours, working with relevant team to align process.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to reduce accidents and ensure driver and supply team well-being.
• Conduct regular safety audits and site visit to develop training plan and inspections provide training on best practices, and address any non-compliance issues.
• Manage and handle operational incident and reporting process to provide preventive action and implementing the action proposed.

Budgeting & Cost Management:

• Manage the transportation budget, focusing on cost control and efficient use of resources.
• Track and report on transportation expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and labour costs.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.

Customer Service & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the customer service team to address any delivery issues and ensure transport team met customer requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with customer service manager on escalated customer inquiries regarding transportation and delivery.
• Work closely with other departments to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any logistical challenges.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

• Establish KPIs on the all above for transport operations, including delivery times, on-time performance, fuel efficiency and staffs performance.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, preparing regular reports to top management on the progress, performance with mitigation and improvement plan
• Use data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive better results.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in transportation operations, logistics, or a similar role, with proven experience managing a team.
• Strong understanding of fleet management, route optimization, and safety regulations.
