What the role is

The ICAI Software Program Manager is responsible for managing and leading software teams to translate R&D projects for implementation in the CAAS Air Navigation Services System (ANSS). The International Centre of Aviation Innovation (ICAI) is set up to manage R&D related to the next generation Air Navigation Services, Smart and Automated Airport to drive innovation in the aviation ecosystem. This Role:

The responsibilities for this role include performing the grant administration of all the projects which are undertaken by ICAI and providing support for various finance administration activities. The incumbent shall report to the Programme Manager who is in-charge of all the research activities in the organisation. The specific job responsibilities include:

Grant Administration:

• Validate claims submitted by grantees to ensure compliance with grantor’s funding guidelines.
• Manage accounts receivable to ensure billings and collections are done in timely manner.
• Administer the grants in timely manner.
• Assist Programme Manager on grant variations, extensions and other change requests.
• Assist in submission of progress and final reports.
