· Risk management planning - planning for possible risks and listing of contingency plans and mitigation strategies.

· Resource planning – to indicate the levels of resources based on productivity rates of subcontractors.

· Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.

· Developing contract and construction programmes and construction project plans.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering and/or relevant field.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in trackwork / construction planning and programme co-ordination for major LTA projects.

· Experienced in Primavera P6 is a MUST and project claims.

· Well-versed in sequence of works and authority requirements.

· Attentive to details when checking work, technically competent and have good communication and presentation skills.

· Proficient in planning works and material schedules.

· Ability to build and maintain a positive relationship and with various stakeholders.

• Working Hours: 5.5 days, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Mon-Fri), 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (Sat)
• Salary Package: Salary up to $3,000 (basic + OT) + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and reach stacker.
• Loading and unloading of goods.
• Document despatch and delivery.
• Pick, pack and issue goods.
• Participate in stock take.
• Ensure proper control and maintenance of material handling equipment such as forklift and reach stacker.
• Perform general housekeeping of warehouse.
• Perform any other job duties as assigned.
