The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively structuring and originating new business in the region. In cooperation with the sector team head at HQ in Frankfurt and under the supervision of the local senior management in Singapore, the candidate will be responsible for:

• Structuring of new business: Development of a suitable transaction structure for the customer and the bank. The business and risk strategy of KfW IPEX-Bank must be taken into account in the structuring process;
• Preparation of term sheets and credit papers;

The Role Responsibilities

Support the Product Owner with the implementation of the Data Management standards across CCIB Client Coverage including but not limited to the tasks arising from the Data Privacy Transformation Programme (DPTP) assigned to Client Coverage business.

Strategy

· This role is positioned within the Client Lifecycle Design and Management (CLDM) Business Transformation / change team and targets to drive the required change delivery and implementation across CCIB Client Coverage.
