JOB PURPOSE:

Technical Solutions Managers, (TSMs), provide the Applications and Design Solutions to Future’s customer base, utilizing their own design experience and their product knowledge gained during training sessions held by Manufacturers for which Future are franchised.

This is achieved through adopting a ‘Systems Solution’ approach when promoting products and solutions to Future’s customers. This should always be carried out with the goal of maximizing the offerings from Future’s line-card.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

· The TSM teams are organized where possible into focus groups. The main four focus business groups are:

· These groupings allow the TSMs to specialize on a product area, whilst still working as part of an overall team.

JOB CONTENT (PRIMARY & SECONDARY FUNCTIONS):

It is the responsibility of the TSMs to carry out the following:

Primary Functions

· Represent Future’s interest at all technical levels and offer a level of support required by Future’s customers to ensure that Future’s customers clearly identify Future with the projects undertaken, thus increasing the probability of Future winning the identified opportunity.

· TSMs are required to work together with Future’s Sales, Product Marketing Department and Suppliers, to establish which products are best suited to Future’s customer base and also which target markets to address. Having identified such products and markets, the TSMs are to promote by way of application examples, demonstration and/or design-in, putting the identified products to Future’s customers.

· Maintain accurate customer information on the Technical database (CRM), allowing all opportunities to be tracked to a successful conclusion.

· Perform associative selling by designing in as many devices as possible for the particular design; so as to capture the most component within the Bill of Material (BOM) list.

Secondary Functions

· Assist in the maintenance of manufacturer’s design registration schemes, thus helping to secure Future’s commercial position within its customer base and ensuring eligibility for any design incentive bonuses.

Job Description

The Executive Assistant will serve as both Corporate Travel Coordinator and Personal Assistant to the Principal. In addition to arranging business travel for employees, the Executive Assistant will undertake various tasks including social media management, photo and video editing, and general administrative duties such as inbox management and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need.
• Makes all travel arrangements and reservations within approved travel reasons and budget limits.
• Prepares comprehensive travel itineraries and distributes schedules to all appropriate staff.
• Advises travelers on and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or passports.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Content Marketing Assistant will be responsible for maintaining, editing, and creating copy for Aqua Expeditions’ digital platforms and a wide range of documents including sales material, onboard materials, and newsletters. In addition, this role will entail assisting the Global Content Marketing Manager with sales kit management and light support for press communication.

SCOPE OF WORK

● Ensuring that the sales kit is organised and up to date and making updates as and when necessary

● Liaising with external freelancers for the translation of documents and maintenance of sales kit in Spanish

● Planning trade content calendar in accordance with global content calendar

● Create content for trade newsletters

● Create content for special trade communications

● Creating newsletter layouts in Zoho and scheduling send-outs to respective segments of the Aqua database

● Create content for scripts and banners used at trade events

● Graphic design for trade

● Writing, editing, and proofreading all sales documents

● Writing, editing, and proofreading onboard materials including but not limited to guide and Cruise Director PPTs, dining menus, spa menus, and itineraries.

● Conducting SEO research, sourcing images, and writing blogposts for the Aqua website
