The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for lead generation, developing single, multi-services and IFM solutions. Efficient bid project management and co-ordination of bid resource, competitive pricing and proactive client retention are important parts of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver commercial objectives aligned with the Head of Client Solutions and country goals.
• Deliver individual sales targets and margin requirements.
• Implement the ‘go to market strategy’ for target clients.
• Develop compelling value propositions including pricing strategies.
• Manage the Sales Pipeline and associated CRM activities.
• Manage the end-to-end bid process including attending site briefings, preparation of tender and quotation for new projects, managing client enquiries and tender clarifications.

• Responsible for Work passes applications and renewals, medical check-ups, etc, for workers
• Liaise with the Ministry of Manpower for workers-related issues
• Updates of employees database, leave records, organization charts and personal files
• Administer training-related matters, update and maintain training record etc
• Manage company insurance, i.e., vehicle insurance, medical insurance and workman compensation
• Administer claims such as hospitalization, work injury compensation, etc
• Assist in payroll processing and salary administration
• Attend to and complete HR related surveys from various government agencies
• Submissions of all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, childcare Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, etc
• Familiar with Employment Act and HR-related policies

Admin

• General administrative duties, maintaining filing system
• Photocopy and scanning of documents
• Office maintenance and manage office supplies/stationery

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Design Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of exciting design projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from understanding client needs to managing delivery within budget and timeframe.

A Day in Life

• Client Relationship Management:Collaborate with clients to clearly define their design aspirations and translate them into a formal design brief.
  Facilitate seamless communication between the client and internal design team, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.

• Construction & Handover:Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings throughout the construction phase, ensuring open communication and alignment.

  Manage client change requests, translating them into clear instructions for the project team.

What we are looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing design projects in the Retail/Corporate industry. Junior candidates with demonstrably strong skills and relevant experience in design management may be considered.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex design projects on time and within budget.

We have been evolving our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) over the past few years and are looking for an individual who will help us determine its future state. Our data warehouse needs to be the single source of truth when it comes to financial data produced throughout the firm. You will be responsible for planning, leading, coordinating, and monitoring activities of one or more projects covering various facets of the project life cycle ranging from project initiation to analysis and implementation. The current technology stack is Linux based, utilizing Vertica, Python, Perl, Tableau, and a Service Oriented Architecture for data distribution. The creation of the roadmap for the future technology stack is in progress and it will certainly leverage AWS for all or portions of the platform.
