Role Overview:
The Clinic Assistant will support our healthcare professionals and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. This role involves a variety of tasks, including patient interaction, administrative duties, eye tests and assistance with clinical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Prepare and maintain patient records and documentation.
- Assist doctor with procedures and eye tests pre-consultation.
- Manage clinic inventory and ensure medical supplies are stocked.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, including phone calls and data entry.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services.

Requirements:
- O Levels, Diploma; additional certification or training in healthcare is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Business Partnering – Actively engaging business stakeholders, translate business requirements to sourcing strategies to deliver business requirements. Work with business stakeholders to provide support to drive compliance to Sembcorp policies.
• Sourcing & Contract Management – Perform Source to Contract process, lead and perform negotiations with suppliers. Leading RFx creation/management, market research/analysis, data collection/analysis, and contract management (cost, terms and conditions, SOWs, MSAs, etc.).
• Supplier Management – Conduct Supplier Performance Evaluation and establish Preferred Supplier List jointly with business stakeholders by relationship management so as to deliver maximum productivity benefits.
• Cost management – Ability to analyze total cost of acquisitions/ ownership and provide optimum value to business. Deliver cost saving goals, delivering value beyond savings.
• Business Process improvement – Ability to work with business to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the process.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree holder with minimum 7 years’ of procurement experience.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of products.

• A strong team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Passion for business partnering.

Job Scope:

• Responsible for the enhancement of Digital Enablement & Transformation (DET) in the organization, in particular software applications used by clinic end users and patients, eg: Next Generation Electronic Medical Record (NGEMR), Electronic Queue Management System (eQMS), mobile applications such as Health Hub etc
• Represent the department in end users in User Acceptance Tests (UAT), End-to-End Testing (E2E) to ensure the interoperability of interdependent IT systems

• Manager, Alumni Engagement
  • Recruit, manage and engage volunteers as Alumni Representatives, Chapters, Groups and Communities.

  • Responsible for preparing tender specifications, evaluation and implementation.

• Partnership Development

• Bachelor Degree with at least 4 years' of working experience, preferably in the higher education sector, in the areas of relationship and event management.
